Established in 1999, Beijing SANWAVE Electronic Technical Co. Ltd. was organized by three famous companies - China National Electronic Materials Corporation (CEMC), Hefei ChengDe Electronic Equipment Co. Ltd. and Beijing Osaibo Trade Co. Ltd.

CEMC is under the direct leadership of the Ministry of Information Industry of China. This large-scale state-owned corporation mainly deals in materials and electronic products in IT field. CEMC has 20 subsidiaries in Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Shenyang, Xi'an, Wuhan, Chengdu, Nanjing, Ji'nan, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Xiamen, Haikou, Jingdezhen (Jiangxi), Jixian (Tianjin), Duyun (Guizhou) and 5 branch offices in Hohhot, Anshan, Baogang (Shanghai), Ningbo (Zhejiang) and Wugang (Hubei).

AnHui Hefei ChengDe Electronic Equipment Co. Ltd., a private-owned corporation, mainly deals in power supply equipment. It has 8 subsidiaries in Anhui, Jiangxi, Chongqing, Lanzhou and Shandong.

Beijing Osaibo Trade Co, Ltd., a private-owned company, mainly deals in control and protection equipment. It has 4 distributors, which is responsible for the field of nuclear power, utilities, aviation and petrochemical, respectively.

As a high-tech company, Beijing SANWAVE Electronic Technical Co. Ltd. is a leader in supplying technical designs and solutions in power supply protection and control. It serves the three above-mentioned companies and faces directly or indirectly to their customers with excellent foreign high-tech products.

Since its establishment, Beijing Sanwave has built internationally a very good relationship with many of the world's top companies in the fields of power protection products and public lighting controllers and accessories, such as EPI, INNOTEC and WILPO.

EPI, with offices in Singapore and the UK, is a British company offering an extensive range of power protection products and services to a broad spectrum of industries and sectors. EPI’s main products are UPS’s, Power Conditioners, and Environmental Monitoring System (EMS).

The company INNOTEC designs and constructs low voltage switchboards and electronic devices; produces power supply and control units, such as MENOWATT, a controller and regulator of discharge tube lighting.

The WILPO Company profile comprises construction, manufacturing and servicing of devices for immediate and/or on-line (directly on belt conveyors) assay of basic coal quality parameters, such as ash, humidity and sulphur contents (in laboratory devices) and determination of bituminous coal/brown coal calorific values.
